Vendor confirmations will be provided via email. All vendors must complete the application below for review and approval. Upon approval, an email will be provided with payment details. Failure to provide payment prior to the deadline will result in a forfeiture.

All approved vendors must arrive and complete their setup prior to guest doors opening at 7:00pm. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of vendor placement. All sales are final. Please take time to read the terms and conditions carefully before applying.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions herein.

All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled by the venue. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges. Vendor resales are not permitted. Only two (2) company representatives are allowed per vendor table. All vendors and the products they sell, are subject to approval. This helps to avoid saturation of products and provide a variety of vendors for our attendees. To avoid vendor saturation of items, only items listed on your vendor application may be sold. Items not listed, will have to be removed or approved by the venue.

All approved vendors must arrive and complete their setup prior to guest doors opening at 7:00pm. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of vendor placement. All sales are final. All vendor tear-downs/load outs must occur after the conclusion of the event. No early tear-downs/load outs are permitted.

No electric units (fryers, crock pots, electric skillets, toasters, etc.), extension cords, gas units (fryers, grills, ovens/stoves, etc.), generators are permitted. All vendors must be self-contained. The venue will not be responsible for providing vendors with any equipment, including but not limited to: bags, cutlery, napkins, sternos, tablecloths, utensils.

All vendors and their representatives must act in a professional and responsible manner towards guests, fellow vendors, and venue representatives. All vendors should dress appropriately to conduct business in a professional manner.

Signage and/or displays are not allowed in the aisles because they pose a pedestrian tripping hazard. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Inappropriate behavior consists of verbal or physical abuse of any type, use of derogatory or discriminatory language, gestures or actions, unwanted invasions of privacy, any form of harassment, racism, sexism, or any other targeted comments which are intended to cause personal offense to another participant either in-person and/or through social media channels. The venue, at our discretion, may act on any reports of inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to removing a participant from the venue. Vendors in violation will be terminated from the venue without refund.

Personal items are subject to search. No photography, videography, filming, or recording during the performances. Anyone seen using a device (phone, smart watch or accessories) during the performances will be escorted out of the venue. No weapons, laser pens, signs, banners, electronic smoking devices (vapes, Juuls, etc.), alcohol, drugs, tobacco products, professional audio recording devices, and any professional photography equipment are permitted. We are not responsible for any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged. We reserve the right to deny/refuse entry to or remove parties who are deemed a distraction to other guests. We reserve the right to search personal items and may prohibit various items into the venue(s). All policies are subject to change based on evolving health guidance.

Upon entry to our venue(s), (i) you hereby irrevocably grant the venue owner (Greater New Birth Church), and its parent(s), affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns (collectively, “Owner”) the right to photograph, record, film, and otherwise capture your image, voice and likeness (collectively, “Footage”) and to own, license, assign and/or use the Footage (and/or any portion thereof) in perpetuity, throughout the world in any and all media including, without limitation, in connection with any productions, programming, advertising, and promotion, subject to Owner’s sole discretion.

If any portion of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect. If we fail to enforce any of these Terms, it will not be considered a waiver of any of our rights.
