Order confirmation will be provided via email. All tickets will be available the night of the event at the venue's Box Office. All sales are final. Do not purchase tickets from anyone or any other site than greaternewbirthchurch.org. Ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Tickets suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling may be cancelled at the discretion of Greater New Birth Church.

Seating is general admission; first-come, first-served. All members of your party must be present to access entry. Please note there will be no re-entry after your tickets have been surveyed. Failure to arrive prior to the closing of the venue doors will result in the automatic void of your ticket(s) purchase. Complimentary parking at the venue is available on a first come, first served basis.

No cell phone use, photography or video recording is permitted during the performances.

By purchasing tickets to this event, you are authorizing this charge and agreeing to our terms and conditions herein.

All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled by the venue. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges. Valid photo identification is required for event entry. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification will not be admitted to this event and will not be eligible for a refund. Ticket resales are not permitted. Personal items are subject to search. No photography, videography, filming, or recording during the performances. Anyone seen using a device (phone, smart watch or accessories) during the performances will be escorted out of the venue. No weapons, laser pens, signs, banners, oversized bags and backpacks, electronic smoking devices (vapes, Juuls, etc.), outside food and beverage, including water, cans, bottles, alcohol, drugs, tobacco products, professional audio recording devices, and any professional photography equipment are permitted. We are not responsible for any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged. We reserve the right to deny/refuse entry to or remove parties who are deemed a distraction to other guests. We reserve the right to search personal items and may prohibit various items into the venue(s). All policies are subject to change based on evolving health guidance.

Upon entry to our venue(s), (i) you hereby irrevocably grant the venue owner (Greater New Birth Church), and its parent(s), affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns (collectively, “Owner”) the right to photograph, record, film, and otherwise capture your image, voice and likeness (collectively, “Footage”) and to own, license, assign and/or use the Footage (and/or any portion thereof) in perpetuity, throughout the world in any and all media including, without limitation, in connection with any productions, programming, advertising, and promotion, subject to Owner’s sole discretion.

If any portion of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect. If we fail to enforce any of these Terms, it will not be considered a waiver of any of our rights.
